We are working on a new feature rollout for the many-to-many meeting option. We will present the system that supports more than 200 participants in a meeting very soon!

It is currently set to 640X480 resolution quality. However, thanks to our flexible infrastructure, resolution rates can be changed for different projects and needs.

Participant minute refers to the time spent by a person attending a meeting. In other words, if there are 2 participants in a 10-minute meeting, it is calculated as 20 participant minutes.

You can download, view and delete the recordings on the Arvia admin panel.

Yes, free participant minutes are not carried over to the next month. Every month all minutes will be renewed.

A participant minute costs $0.019. If you consume your free participant minutes, the system will charge you at this rate, per minute, per participant.

You can add Arvia meetings on multiple websites.

You can upgrade anytime from the Arvia management dashboard by simply choosing a new plan. Your plan will be activated immediately. 

It is very easy and quick to add Arvia to your website. You can implement Arvia services to your website in minutes and start to use Arvia immediately. Please take a look at the Quick Start page to get started.

Arvia has a very flexible infrastructure. After deciding and purchasing your plan, you will get a single line of code. And when you put the code anywhere into your website it starts working in a flash!

We have several built-in integrations, you can choose and integrate right on the Arvia management dashboard. Also, by the help of our REST APIs and Webhooks, Arvia can talk to 3rd party software, CRMs and ERP systems. You can check our product pages for more info.

You can cancel your subscription anytime you want. You will have access to use the services until the start of the next period and you will not be billed afterwards.

Free subscription is a lifetime offer but it is limited to a 100 participant minutes per month.

You can increase and decrease your number of agents anytime. The transaction will be applied at the beginning of the following month.

Yes, admins can change the agents with someone else, simply through the Arvia dashboard by deleting/adding users on the project roles page.

Your user plan converts to the free plan. Free plan has limited meeting durations and service features.

Arvia has a role management system which allows you to manage different fields.

Admin - is a user who manages all projects, roles and analytics.

Analyst - is a user who can see all the data reports and analytics screens.

Agent - is a user who responds to calls and hosts the meetings.

All roles are an individual user.

On the Pro and Premium plans you can assign an analyst role. Analysts can simply see and manage all the data & action reports and analytics screens through the dashboard. Also, they can export the results in excel format.

Yes, you can! Arvia is a device and platform independent service which works on mobile devices (phones, tablets) and computers.  

We do support all up to date versions of Chrome, Firefox, Opera, Safari and Edge browsers.

Video calling on Arvia requires a 0.3 Mbit/s or faster internet connection. We recommend 2 Mbit/s or more for a comfortable video calling experience.
