How many people can join a video call at the same time?

What is the resolution of the videos?

It is currently set to 640X480. However, thanks to our flexible infrastructure, resolutions can be changed for different projects and needs.

How does Arvia calculate participant minutes?

Participant minute refers to the time spent by a person attending a video call. In other words, if there are 2 participants in a 10-minute call, it is calculated as 20 participant minutes.

Are my video calls private?

Exactly! Arvia is a system that works within the framework of privacy and security rules, by applying end-to-end encryption, JWT, SRTP, SSL protocols.

How can I download my video call recordings?

You can download, view and delete the recordings on the Arvia admin panel.

How does it work?

Arvia works on browsers and it is a device and platform-independent service. Meaning, you and your customers can access Arvia services from phones, tablets, and computers that are running on Windows, MacOS, Linux, IOS, Android.

Can we have any discount for an annual subscription?

Yes, you can! We offer a %15 discount for annual subscriptions for all plans. From Arvia management dashboard you can easily apply the discount after you choose your plan.

Are free participant minutes monthly?

Yes, free participant minutes are not carried over to the next month. Every month all minutes will be renewed.

What happens if I exceed the limits of the Free plan?

A participant minute costs $0.019. If you consume your free participant minutes, the system will charge you at this rate, per minute, per participant.

What if I have multiple websites?

You can add Arvia video calls on multiple websites.

If I start with a certain plan, can I upgrade?

You can upgrade anytime from the Arvia management dashboard by simply choosing a new plan. Your plan will be activated immediately.

How long does it take to add Arvia widget to my website?

It is very easy and quick to add Arvia to your website. You can implement Arvia services to your website in minutes and start to use Arvia immediately. Please take a look at the Tutorials page to get started.

How to integrate?

Arvia has a very flexible infrastructure. After deciding and purchasing your plan, you will get a single line of code. And when you put the code anywhere into your website it starts working in a flash!

How can I integrate my third-party apps with Arvia?

We have several built-in integrations, you can choose and integrate right on the Arvia management dashboard. Also, by the help of our REST APIs and Webhooks, Arvia can talk to 3rd party software, CRMs and ERP systems. You can check our product pages for more info.

How can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription anytime you want. You will have access to use the services until the start of the next period and you will not be billed afterwards.

Is there any time limit for a Free subscription?

Free subscription is a lifetime offer but it is limited to a 100 participant minutes per month.

What happens at the end of my trial period?

Your user plan converts to the free plan. Free plan has limited call durations and service features.

Can I change my agent with some other person?

Yes, admins can change the agents with someone else, simply through the Arvia dashboard by deleting/adding users on the project roles page.

Can we increase or decrease our agent count during subscription?

You can increase and decrease your number of agents anytime. The transaction will be applied at the beginning of the following month.

Who is an agent?

Arvia has a role management system which allows you to manage different fields.

Admin – is a user who manages all projects, roles and analytics.

Analyst – is a user who can see all the data reports and analytics screens.

Agent – is a user who responds to video call requests and hosts the call sessions.

All roles are an individual user.

How do I display call analytics?

On the Paid plans you can assign an analyst role to yourself or to another user. Analysts can simply see and manage all the data & action reports and analytics screens through the dashboard. Also, they can export the results in excel format.

Can I run Arvia on all smartphones?

Yes, you can! Arvia is a device and platform independent service which works on mobile devices (phones, tablets) and computers.

Do all browsers support Arvia?

We do support all up to date versions of Chrome, Firefox, Opera, Safari and Edge browsers.

What is the minimum required bandwidth for video calls?

Video calling on Arvia requires a 0.3 Mbit/s or faster internet connection. We recommend 2 Mbit/s or more for a comfortable video calling experience.
